| The service unit manager and SU vice managers dress up for their monthly meetings. For example in November the manager dressed as a pilgrim, and the other two vice managers dressed as an Indian and Pumpkin. The leaders get a real kick out of this, and it doesn't take long for attendance to pick up, since they are dying to see what might happen next month. Of course it was impossible to dress up every meeting, but the leaders knew if they kept coming they would certainly appear in costumes again. In October you might even have a costume meeting and have everyone come in costumes. Have prizes for the best costumes. The leaders will love it. |
