This was an overnight event at a church.  Activities at this event were: 

The basic set up for this event was as follows:  

Friday Night

6:00 p.m.  -  7:00        Dinner
7:00 p.m. - 10:00       Widegames
                                      (Divid group up into 5 groups. giving each group a Disney name to
                                       match the schedule below. Then give everyone a copy of a schedule
                                       of the widegame to follow.  By following the schedule every group
                                       will have their turn to go to each activity in an orderly fashion)

11:10 - 11:30  Bedtime Story told by a Professional Storyteller 

Saturday Morning

7:30 -   8:00       Clean up bed stuff
8:00 -   9:00       Breakfast
9:00 - 10:00       Clean up church, load cars and have a safe trip home
