ORGANIZERS ROLE IN RECRUITMENT

The organizer works with the recruitment coordinator to:

Develop a presentation for parents

Know the number of girls returning in each existing troop

Target areas where existing troops are full and new troops need to be formed

Form new troops

Recruit adult leadership for each troop/group.

Collect girl and adult registration forms, volunteer applications and references from
troop/group leadership candidates

Check references listed on adult application as directed by service unit administration

Make recommendations of people to appoint as troop leaders
