| Within the framework of GSUSA and your
council insure that compliance with the regulations governed by the following are met:
Policies, Standards, Guidelines and Position Statements, governmental and affiliated
organization regulations and standards. Explain
registration process to service unit members.
Distribute materials for registration.
Edit completed registration forms for accuracy. Verify that money amount
paid and troop/group summaries agree.
Process registration forms and money, forwarding both to district or
Council in a timely manner.
Maintain supply of registration forms for use by service unit members.
Serve as resource to service unit registration process throughout year.
Maintain accurate membership records and I.D. numbers of troops/groups
and individual members for the service unit.
Report regularly to service team the status of current service unit
registration and follow-up needed to insure all interested girls and adults are placed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Membership in Girl Scouts of the U.S.A.
Accept the principles of the Girl
Scout movement and the Girl Scout Promise and law.
Knowledge and understanding of the
Girl Scout Program.
-Ability to work with girls and/or
adults.
Willingness to acquire and impart
information through training, conferences and reports.
Willingness to commit time, energy and
interest necessary to meet the requirements.
Ability to organize, direct, delegate
and motivate individuals and groups.
Ability to plan, analyze and evaluate
data.
Good verbal and written communication
skills. |
